Bnk has serviced the property I manage for three plus years. They are a phenomenal family owned and operated company that shows attention to detail like corporate but are personal in talks like a small business. All the techs are amazing Iāve never had issues only times where they exceeded expectations. Truly blessed to have found a company like them. The prices were by far the most competitive but the service was top notch. I canāt say enough about this company

Nick is amazing at laying the facts straight and not pressuring you to pick any option or make a purchase immediately. Heās very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The team was very respectful of my house and had an amazing cleanup. You wouldnāt even think they just worked on my furnace and HVAC. BNK did an excellent job with our Amana 2-stage furnace, Amana AC unit, and our Navien tankless hot water heater. Paul, Daniel, and Andre did a top notch job with the installation. These guys are skilled, experienced, and have great character. High quality work - great people. Vadim had great communication and assisted us with selecting hardware that fit the homes needs. This is my familyās second time using BNK - we will absolutely be calling them next time and give them the highest recommendation.

On the coldest day of the year they came early to attempt to fix the heatā¦ after not being able to find the filter area (for about 30 mins) and another hr looking they decided they needed a part THEY DIDNT HAVEā¦ didnāt tell me until 5 pm they wonāt have the part until the NEXT DAY it was literally 2 degrees outside and they had no care in the world. They proceeded to ignore my calls Iām still currently waiting and freezing
